Regional Sales Manager – Midwest Territory

Midwest Territory | Remote (Home Office) | Full-Time | Base Salary + Commission + Bonus

Travel: Approximately 5 Nights per Month

Lead and grow the Midwest territory for a well-established, privately owned manufacturer with nearly 100 years of industry experience.

Position Summary

B-TEK Scales, LLC. has a rewarding career opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager. This role represents a well-established product line with a storied company that has served the industry for decades. The Regional Sales Manager will lead and grow the Midwest territory while building long-term relationships with dealers and customers across a variety of industrial markets.

Backed by nearly 100 years of industry experience, this position supports a strong dealer network and customers across multiple sectors, including manufacturing, logistics, agriculture, recycling, and more.

What You'll Do

· Manage and grow the Midwest territory

· Support and develop relationships with dealer partners – salespeople, technicians and business owners.

· Identify and pursue new prospects

· Conduct customer visits and joint sales calls with distributors

· Present product solutions and host training sessions

· Assist with product selection, pricing, and application support

· Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding the territory

What We're Looking For

· Experience managing B2B sales in the Midwest

· Possess a background in industrial, technical, or engineered product sales

· Strong relationship-building and business development skills

· Ability to understand pricing, margins, and customer needs

· Comfortable working independently from a home office

· Ability to travel within the Midwest (approximately 5 nights per month)
