Own the full marketing-services sales cycle from lead qualification and discovery through proposal, negotiation, contract signing, and account kickoff. Manage CRM pipeline metrics, coordinate project scoping with marketing specialists, brief delivery teams, and maintain client relationships. Develop promotional and GTM plans, coordinate execution, conduct account reviews, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The role requires digital marketing knowledge, strong communication, organization, and demonstrated pipeline or revenue performance.
This is a remote position.
Are you a relationship-driven marketer who can own a sales pipeline end to end: from first call to signed contract, to long-term account growth? If you're proactive, organized, and just as comfortable running a discovery call as briefing a delivery team, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a full-time, remote position with Scopic Studios, the digital marketing division of Scopic. Apply if you're excited by the idea of owning client relationships from the very first conversation onward.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Own and keep current every marketing-services opportunity in the CRM, from first inquiry through signed contract.
- Run discovery and sales calls, qualifying fit against our service lines (SEO/GEO, PPC & lead gen, email, social, web and other).
- Coordinate with specialists to scope and estimate projects, assemble and manage proposals through internal review.
- Keep prospects warm between calls and manage deals proactively through to close.
- Own the handoff from signed contract to kickoff, including intake and expectation-setting.
- Brief the marketing team on new accounts so they start with full context on what was sold and why.
- Track your own pipeline metrics: call volume, proposal turnaround time, and win rate.
- As your sales pipeline reaches a steady rhythm, take on GTM strategy and promotional plan ownership for a set of client accounts.
- Coordinate execution of promotional plans across specialist teams and flag delivery risk early.
- Manage ongoing relationships for your assigned accounts, including regular check-ins and light QBRs.
- Spot and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years combining agency-side sales or business development with marketing projects or 5 years of digital marketing experience.
- Experience with GTM strategy or promotional campaign planning.
- Proven experience independently owning a full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, close.
- Working knowledge of core digital marketing service lines (SEO/GEO/AEO, PPC, email, organic, social, web) sufficient to scope client needs and brief specialists accurately.
- Demonstrated track record of hitting pipeline or revenue targets.
- Experience managing client relationships post-sale, including identifying and closing upsell opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – you'll be writing proposals and client-facing materials directly.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage a live pipeline, multiple client projects, and account relationships in parallel.
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
- Bonus points if you have prior experience at a growth-stage or full-service digital marketing agency.
- Familiarity with a CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Experience producing case studies or client success content.
