WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Respond to customers via live chat (primary channel)
- Assist users with platform navigation and basic troubleshooting
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses
- Manage multiple chats while staying organized
- Escalate technical issues when needed
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (IMPORTANT)
We’re prioritizing applicants who are:
- Responsive and reliable
- Comfortable using computers and web-based tools
- Able to write clearly and professionally
- Available at least 15+ hours per week
- Ready to start within 3–5 days
