The Role:
This role is remote within the United States.
As a Remote Help Desk Associate at Turquoise Health, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth operation of systems and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to support tickets and resolve technical issues
- Assist users with software, hardware, and system problems
- Document solutions and maintain help desk knowledge base
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to improve support processes
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, and common software troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
