Your Role

As our new Field Marketing Manager for North America, you’ll act as a strategic sparring partner to the Commercial Director of your region—helping to shape, drive, and elevate RoomPriceGenie’s brand presence and growth across the United States and Canada. This role is more than just execution—you’ll have a direct impact on regional strategy, bring creative ideas to life, and connect global campaigns with local market needs.

Ideally, you come with experience in hospitality tech or B2B SaaS, understand the North American hotel tech landscape, and are excited to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.

You’ll take the lead on regional campaigns and events, collaborate closely with sales and GTM teams, and ensure our presence at trade shows, roadshows, and partner events is not just professional—but unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Campaign Leadership

  • Co-develop regional marketing plans aligned with sales goals and go-to-market strategies.

  • Lead and execute marketing campaigns tailored for North America—bringing creativity, structure, and momentum to every initiative.

Event Ownership

  • Plan, manage, and execute trade shows, partner activations, roadshows, and local events across the region.

  • Own event logistics end-to-end—from vendor negotiations to post-event lead management and reporting.

Sales Alignment & Market Insights

  • Serve as a trusted partner to the North American Commercial team; provide insights, align on goals, and ensure marketing accelerates pipeline.

  • Stay on top of regional trends, market dynamics, and competitor movements to proactively identify opportunities.

SWAG & Brand Experience

  • Curate branded experiences—from merchandise to event setups—that represent our brand values and local cultures.

  • Ensure the right assets and tools are available across the region to support sales and customer engagement.

Reporting & Budget Management

  • Track campaign performance, ROI, and event outcomes—sharing actionable learnings with the wider team.

  • Support in managing the regional marketing budget with a focus on cost-efficiency and impact.

Your Profile
  • 3+ years of experience in field marketing, B2B SaaS, or hospitality tech—ideally in fast-scaling, international environments.

  • Native English speaker with excellent communication skills.

  • Currently based in the United States or Canada, with authorisation to work there.

  • Experienced in collaborating with sales and GTM teams, and aligning activities with strategic goals.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Creative mindset combined with strong executional skills.

  • Comfortable working remotely across different cultures and time zones.

Nice to Have
  • Additional languages are a big plus—we're a multilingual team with over 10 languages spoken!

  • Technical Skills: Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Hospitality Industry Knowledge: Familiarity market trends and industry associations in the USA and Canada (e.g., AHLA, HSMAI).
