As a Remote Executive Assistant at Turquoise Health, you will provide high-level administrative support to executives, helping manage calendars, communications, and strategic projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings
  • Prepare agendas, take notes, and track action items
  • Organize documents and maintain filing systems
  • Support internal reporting and documentation needs
  • Assist with travel coordination and expense tracking
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 1–3 years of executive support experience
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation:
$60,000 – $75,000 depending on experience
