We're looking for a Customer Onboarding Support Specialist to help new customers get started successfully. You'll guide customers through the onboarding process, answer their questions, and ensure they have a smooth experience from day one.
As you grow in the role, you'll become one of the first points of contact for customer inquiries while helping build and improve our internal knowledge base so customers and team members can quickly find accurate answers.
What You'll DoAssist customers throughout the onboarding process.
Respond to customer questions via email, chat, or other communication channels.
Provide clear, friendly, and professional support.
Help customers understand how to use our platform and features.
Create, update, and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation.
Work closely with internal teams to improve onboarding materials and customer experience.
Identify common customer issues and suggest process improvements.
Well spoken and written English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable learning and using new technology and software.
Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Previous customer support or customer service experience.
Experience with CRM or help desk software.
Experience creating documentation or knowledge base articles.
Experience working in a SaaS or technology company.
