The Bookkeeper maintains accurate financial records, reconciles accounts, tracks daily transactions, and ensures timely financial processing in support of the accounting team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain financial records and general ledgers
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Process invoices, receipts, and expenses
  • Support month-end closing
  • Monitor A/R and A/P activity
  • Assist with financial reporting
  • Communicate with clients and vendors on billing-related matters

Requirements

  • 2+ years bookkeeping experience
  • Experience with QuickBooks (preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
