The Account Executive manages client relationships, drives sales, resolves customer issues, and oversees project management, aiming for business development.
Job SummaryThe Account Executive (Project Manager) is the lead point of contact for all related activities on multiple accounts or one large account. May have responsibility for managing lower-level project management staff and ensuring success on all accounts including development of future business.Location: Remote - Anywhere in the United StatesPrinciple Duties and Responsibilities
Salary Range: $90,000-135,000 annually**pay based on location and cost of living
Bonus/Incentive Pay:
A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided. Benefits currently offered to our employees
- Services and maintains positive relationships with current customer base.
- Identify customers’ needs and solve problems
- Understand and perform cost savings analysis for customers
- Generates new sales by promoting products and services to new and existing customers.
- Troubleshoots problems for customer.
- Prepares various reports as required.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Preferred bachelor degree
- Minimum 10 years of Account Management Experience, managing large retail accounts
- Minimum 5 years of Management/Supervisory Experience
- Experience working with millwork manufacturing highly preferred but not required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and other software for business applications
- Preferred manufacturing background, but not required
- Preferred experience and knowledge on UFP’s organization, culture, and product lines
- Proficiency in the use of the English language in reading, writing and speaking
- Demonstrated proficiency to manage multiple tasks, to set priorities, and to meet deadlines.
- Consistently demonstrates skills, knowledge and abilities capable of leading multiple and/or large complex projects that may include advanced global execution and logistics.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external vendors with an attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers.
- Ability to problem solve and offer continuous improvement opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team including delegating tasks.
- Ability to apply business math to manufacturing processes.
