About This Role

We’re seeking a skilled RelativityOne Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end eDiscovery projects in a secure federal environment. This role blends technical expertise, client-facing communication, and disciplined project leadership. You’ll guide case teams through the full lifecycle of data ingestion, processing, review, and production within RelativityOne, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency at every step.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain custom RelativityOne applications, scripts, and integrations
  • Automate workflows, processing pipelines, and review efficiencies
  • Customize UI components, event handlers, and Relativity APIs (REST/Kepler)
  • Support data ingestion, transformation, analytics, and production workflows
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with Relativity technical support
  • Ensure all development aligns with federal security, compliance, and audit standards

Required Qualifications

  • Active Secret clearance
  • 5+ years of experience managing eDiscovery or litigation support projects
  • Relativity certifications (RCA, RCP, RCE, or RelativityOne-specific credentials) required
  • Active PMP certification
  • Hands-on experience with RelativityOne, including workspace administration, processing, analytics, and productions
  • Strong understanding of the EDRM lifecycle and federal eDiscovery standards
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high‑security environment
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working with attorneys, investigators, and technical teams
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Experience supporting federal agencies, defense clients, or intelligence community partners
  • Familiarity with FOIA, CJA, FISMA, FedRAMP, or other federal compliance frameworks
