About This Role

Seeking a RelativityOne Developer to support federal eDiscovery and data management initiatives. The developer will design, customize, and optimize RelativityOne applications and workflows to meet agency requirements. An active Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple eDiscovery projects using RelativityOne, from initial scoping through final production.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, government stakeholders, legal counsel, and technical partners.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations aligned with federal requirements and security protocols.
  • Oversee data ingestion, processing workflows, analytics, review setup, and production specifications.
  • Ensure all work complies with agency policies, chain-of-custody standards, and applicable federal regulations.
  • Provide subject‑matter expertise on RelativityOne features, best practices, and workflow optimization.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare status reports, metrics dashboards, and documentation for technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, process refinement, and quality assurance.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Secret clearance
  • 2+ years of Relativity or RelativityOne development experience
  • Proficiency with Relativity APIs, .NET/C#, SQL, and cloud‑based development
  • Strong understanding of eDiscovery processes and structured/unstructured data handling
  • Experience working in secure or compliance‑driven environments
  • Relativity Certified Developer (RCD) or Relativity certifications
  • Experience supporting federal agencies or government contractors
  • Familiarity with FedRAMP cloud environments and secure DevOps practices
