Role Type: Full time
Salary: $60,000 – $95,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Summary:
The Relationship Manager position is responsible for meeting service expectations, ensuring the accuracy of client account administrative activities, and developing collaborative relationships with clients and Wealth Managers. This role is responsible for creating a compelling client experience and providing a high level of service throughout the client lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Provide accurate, timely, and effective support for clients, including processing account paperwork and addressing client inquiries and problems
Process and follow up on account paperwork, set up client accounts, maintain client files and records, and generate appropriate portfolio reports for client meetings
Promptly and effectively address client inquiries and requests and provide proactive communication and information, as appropriate. Research and resolve problems and appropriately escalate opportunities to the Wealth Managers
Complete cashiering responsibilities and ACH/wire/check requests
Build and maintain effective internal working relationships and support teamwork in meeting company goals
Provide support to Wealth Managers structured in a team environment
Provide assistance to other departments across the firm as needed
Initiate and/or participate in projects and/or initiatives as appropriate with the intent of continual improvement in processes, client experience, etc.
Build and maintain effective relationships with clients
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Basic Requirements:
1-3 years of client service experience in financial services or a similar industry
Experience with Microsoft® Office Word and advanced knowledge of Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and work with diverse personalities
Strong problem solving skills
Demonstrated integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in financial services or client service roles
Foundational understanding of investment and planning concepts
Registered Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP) is preferable but not required
Interest in pursuing professional certifications such as CFP
