About your role

As a Fund Administration Relationship Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to our clients, focused on strengthening relationships, driving revenue growth, and supporting high-quality service delivery across our fund administration engagements. You will be embedded within the Fund Administration organization, providing continuity, leadership, and alignment across cross-functional teams. 

What you’ll do
  1. Relationship Ownership & Client Advocacy

    • Maintain ongoing, senior-level relationships with clients to ensure trust, satisfaction, and alignment with their goals

    • Act as the primary client advocate within Juniper Square, surfacing feedback and ensuring timely resolution of issues

    • Serve as a stabilizing force and strategic sounding board for clients navigating transitions or challenges

  2. Strategic Growth & Revenue Expansion

    • Identify upsell opportunities across services, fund vehicles, and legal entities post-implementation

    • Partner with Sales on long-term revenue expansion initiatives and contribute to proposal development

    • Track, report, and influence new fund opportunities and incremental revenue opportunities

  3. Communication & Cross-Functional Alignment

    • Facilitate regular communication between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring unified messaging and smooth execution

    • Collaborate with Product, Sales, CX, and Delivery teams to represent the client perspective and drive roadmap alignment

    • Lead quarterly and annual business reviews to share performance metrics and strategic updates

  4. Oversight of Key Client Programs

    • Lead execution of the Client Monitoring Program (CMP) for assigned accounts, ensuring feedback is captured and addressed

    • Drive structured health assessments through quarterly check-ins and in-person meetings for high-revenue clients

    • Ensure documentation of all meetings, service scores, and business review outcomes in Salesforce

  5.  Internal Enablement & Partnership

    • Support Fund Accounting team leads during client transitions or coverage gaps

    • Provide guidance to delivery teams, ensuring service excellence and consistent client experience

    • Collaborate with FA Enablement on training programs and tools to build strong relationship management capabilities

  6. Escalation & Remediation Leadership

    • Own client escalations and coordinate root cause analyses and remediation plans

    • Communicate timelines, accountability, and outcomes to clients and internal teams

    • Reinforce trust and transparency during challenging situations

  7. Client-Centric Thought Leadership

    • Stay current on industry trends, client business objectives, and fund administration best practices

    • Represent Juniper Square at client events or conferences when applicable

    • Support brand reputation and thought leadership in the Private Markets ecosystem

Qualifications
  • 12+ years of fund administration experience within private equity, commercial real estate or venture capital with a focus on client advocacy, networking and expansion

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with a degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline 

  • Proven ability to identify growth and expansion opportunities

  • Comfortable with ambiguity within a hyper-growth, startup environment

  • Passion for technology and a desire to use technology to streamline business operations and improve user experience 

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to master both the details and the big picture

  • Excellent client service, verbal and written communication skills

Compensation

Compensation for this position includes a base salary, bonus, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $180,000 - $200,000 USD. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
