The Reimbursement Systems Specialist is responsible for the implementation of SignHEAR powered by DocuSign and Brightree system support which may include but not limited to onboarding management, system maintenance management with both internal and external customers, Brightree and ERP system reconciliation, analyzing and troubleshooting trending issues, escalation triage ensuring customer satisfaction is highest priority, acting as a liaison between cross functional teams and provide an excellent customer and business partner experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the SignHEAR powered by DocuSign onboarding process for new clinics. This involves building strong relationships with clinic representatives, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our services to secure their commitment.
  • Provide administrative support and initial set up, including new DocuSign templates and new user account creation.
  • Research and analyze specific internal and professional partner user needs to ensure that all applications meet business and customer requirements.
  • Utilize subject matter expertise to identify challenges, gaps and voice recommendations for process improvement related to system usage.
  • Provide Brightree support and initial set up, including MyForms, troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Create and maintain new Brightree user accounts, insurance plans, and price tables. 
  • Generate and analyze monthly metric reports to provide SignHEAR updates.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with business and cross functional partners to educate Reimbursement Systems Services.
  • Reconcile Brightree activity with ERP including cash posting, adjustments, equipment returns, and refunds.
  • Must possess work rights in the United States to be considered.

Key Requirements

To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to meet and demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities in your application and at interview:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience with 2‐3 Years of Experience OR High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Work Experience with 6+ Years of Experience
  • Ability to systematically analyze problems, draw relevant conclusions, and develop an appropriate action plan to resolve issues.

  • Experience operationalizing SignHEAR, Brightree, Oracle, Salesforce preferred.

  • Ability to work cross functionally and successfully complete essential functions.

  • Pay Range in the United States: $28.20/hour - $29.00/hour based upon experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 5% of base salary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
