What you'll do
- Support regulatory engagement activities by preparing responses to regulator inquiries, requests, examinations, and audits.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of recurring and ad hoc regulatory reporting across jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and interpret regulatory requirements, translating them into clear guidance for internal stakeholders with oversight from senior team members.
- Maintain and update documentation of regulatory requirements, reporting obligations, and key timelines across jurisdictions.
- Track and communicate reporting deadlines, submission statuses, and regulatory updates using internal tools and systems.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product, Analytics, and Operations to support alignment of systems, workflows, and reporting with regulatory requirements.
- Support new market and product launches by contributing to regulatory readiness efforts and tracking applicable requirements.
- Monitor regulatory developments and escalate relevant changes to support updates to compliance policies, processes, and product features.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in regulatory, compliance, legal, or a related function within a highly regulated industry.
- Experience supporting the interpretation of regulatory requirements and translating them into operational processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions or regulatory bodies is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and support regulator-facing interactions.
- Experience in gaming, sports betting, iGaming, or a similarly regulated industry is preferred.
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Google Suite, and collaboration platforms (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Slack).
