The Crown Is Yours
As a Regulatory Compliance Manager on our Responsible Gaming team, you'll be the central owner of RG regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of regulatory reporting, requirement interpretation, and regulator engagement. You'll operate at the intersection of Legal, Compliance, Product, Analytics, and Operations-translating complex, evolving regulations into clear, actionable processes and ensuring we meet deadlines across a multi-state environment. You'll also play a key role in strengthening how we respond to regulators and scale compliance as we continue to expand.
What you'll do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Responsible Gaming regulatory engagement, including responding to regulator inquiries, requests, and audits.
  • Own and manage all recurring and ad hoc RG regulatory reporting across jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
  • Interpret and translate jurisdiction-specific regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance for internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a centralized repository of RG regulatory requirements, reporting obligations, and timelines.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Product, Analytics, and Operations to ensure RG tools, workflows, and reporting align with regulatory requirements.
  • Support new market launches and monitor regulatory changes to assess impact on RG policies, processes, and product features.

What you'll bring
  • At least 5 years of experience in regulatory, compliance, legal, or a related function within a highly regulated industry. Legal training or experience as a practicing attorney is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience interpreting regulatory requirements and translating them into operational processes.
  • Experience managing reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions or regulatory bodies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while operating independently in a fast-paced evolving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with regulators and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in gaming, sports betting, or iGaming regulatory environments, and familiarity with Responsible Gaming or consumer protection frameworks is a plus
