We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to shape and elevate the employee experience across our Americas offices. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, where you’ll bring workplace culture to life, making sure every Taboolar feels connected, inspired, and supported, whether they’re in the office or working remotely.
You'll oversee everything from office operations and events to travel, onboarding, and budgeting, all with a strong focus on creating seamless, human-centered experiences that reflect our values and power our business.

- Background in workplace operations, employee experience, events, or hospitality, with 7+ years’ experience, including team leadership
- Experience scaling workplace operations in a high-growth global company
- Exposure to shared services models or facilities management structures

As a Regional Workplace & Experience Director - Americas, you’ll bring value by:
- Owning the Employee Experience: Design and deliver inclusive and engaging workplace experiences that drive belonging, team cohesion, and employee satisfaction across the region.
- Driving Workplace Strategy: Develop and execute scalable workplace programs that enable collaboration, innovation, and productivity, directly supporting team performance and retention.
- Office Operations: Ensure every office in the Americas is safe, welcoming, and operationally excellent, creating environments where employees can do their best work and feel at home.
- Event Planning & Culture Activation: Plan and execute regional events (e.g. team offsites, volunteering, all-hands, celebrations) that strengthen culture and foster employee connection across functions and locations.
- Vendor Management: Manage key service providers (e.g. cleaning, food, IT support, security) to ensure high service quality and cost-efficiency, maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
- Budget Ownership: Own and optimize budgets across office operations, travel, and events, ensuring efficient spend aligned to strategic priorities and employee needs.
- Travel Management: Oversee regional travel operations and provide oversight for the travel coordinator, ensuring travel programs are cost-effective, compliant, and user-friendly.
- Onboarding Partnership: Partner with HR to deliver smooth, high-impact onboarding experiences that help new hires feel welcomed, informed, and connected from day one.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensure office operations comply with company policies and local laws, minimizing risk while maintaining a strong, employee-focused workplace standard.
- Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and inspire the regional Workplace & Experience team, building a high-performing function that’s trusted by employees and business leaders alike.
