The Regional Vice President is responsible for being a subject matter expert in AI, driving strategic growth and revenue expansion within assigned enterprise accounts. This role manages high-value client relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions that meet client and company objectives. The position requires advanced knowledge of enterprise sales, account management, and strategic planning, with a focus on achieving sustained revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Duties/Responsibilities
Develops and executes strategic account plans to achieve annual growth targets and multi-year revenue objectives.
Builds and maintains trusted, long-term client relationships across multiple organizational levels.
Identifies and develops cross-functional product and service expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to align sales strategy with company goals, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Analyzes market trends, client performance metrics, and emerging opportunities to guide decision-making and business planning.
Represents the company at client-hosted events, conferences, and industry functions to strengthen partnerships and identify growth potential.
Provides senior-level insights to leadership regarding account strategy, client needs, and potential risks.
Essential Functions

Travels domestically for client meetings, industry events, and company gatherings as required to maintain business relationships and achieve objectives.

Minimum Qualifications/Skills
Advanced understanding of enterprise technology sales and strategic account management practices with AI.
Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and negotiate high-value contracts.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret business data and market dynamics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership and client executives.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently with sound judgment and accountability for results.
Skilled in building consensus and driving alignment across departments and stakeholder groups.
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or business development; or 6 years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience.
AI & Operational Fluency
AI Integration: Utilize company-approved GenAI tools to accelerate high-value deliverables.
Strategic Oversight: Exercise critical judgment as the "Human-in-the-Loop," by auditing AI outputs for factual accuracy, brand alignment, and the removal of hallucinations.
Data Governance: Ensures no proprietary or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data is exposed to unauthorized models.
Prompt Competency: Demonstrates the ability to craft clear, context-rich prompts to achieve consistent, high-quality results across various business domains.
Physical Requirements
Work is primarily performed in an office or home office environment with frequent use of standard office equipment and computers. The role requires the ability to operate a keyboard, telephone, and other office devices for extended periods. Work is generally sedentary and involves repetitive motions of the wrists, hands, and fingers. The position requires close visual acuity for activities such as reviewing and analyzing data, reading reports, and working at a computer for extended periods. Periodic travel is required, which may involve prolonged standing, walking through client sites or event venues, and occasional lifting or carrying of materials related to business travel or client meetings.
