Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales to be part of making that happen.
The Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales Engineering is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping technical sales strategy and leadership across multiple Sales Engineering districts in the US. This role demands a proven leader of leaders who can scale teams for growth, develop future leaders, and drive successful business outcomes in our enterprise segment.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical acumen with exceptional leadership skills, having successfully led multi-layered SaaS technology organizations. This individual will balance short-term execution with long-term strategic planning to drive the continued growth of our Sales Engineering organization.
Location: this role will cover the Central United States territory, you will sit remote, but we're looking for someone located in the CST timezone (Texas, Illinois, etc)
Responsibilities:
Lead Leaders: Recruit, hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team of first-line managers and their Sales Engineering organizations, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute technical sales strategies that align with regional and enterprise business objectives, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency across sales districts.
Executive Collaboration: Build strong partnerships across Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Sales Ops, Marketing, Product Management, R&D, and Security Services teams to ensure organizational agility and influence go-to-market strategy.
Customer & Partner Engagement: Cultivate executive-level relationships with prospects and partners to accelerate brand awareness and closed business.
Manager Development: Coach and mentor first-line leaders to enhance their ability to lead teams, improve technical win rates, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Skills and Requirements:
At least 3 years in multi-level leadership role, including direct experience managing first-line leaders and scaling technical sales organizations.
At least 5 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a pre-sales engineering capacity.
At least 3 years in direct quota carrying pre-sales leadership role with a track record of exceeding revenue goals.
Demonstrated success in the large enterprise business segment.
Expertise in Networking, Security, Cloud Services, Identity Management, Security, and related enterprise technologies.
Ability to articulate the business value to technical and executive audiences; strong presentation and communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, time management, and attention to detail
