Your mission

As the Regional Vice President - DoD at UiPath, you will lead a high-performing team of enterprise sales executives, driving growth and success in the Department of Defense (DoD) sector. You'll leverage our position as a leader in Agentic Automation to deliver cutting-edge solutions to DoD agencies. Your strategic vision and leadership will be crucial in expanding the UiPath footprint in this critical market, while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within your team.

What you'll do at UiPath
  • Spearhead a team of 7 enterprise sales executives, taking ownership of regional sales targets and driving results

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company sales goals, providing accurate forecasts for monthly, quarterly, and annual targets

  • Coach and motivate your team to build and grow their territories, cultivating a culture of sales excellence

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless customer experiences and drive value for DoD clients

  • Leverage key customer relationships in the DoD, engaging with C-level executives and participating in closing strategic opportunities

  • Implement and refine sales processes, pipeline management, and performance metrics to ensure consistent growth

  • Represent the voice of DoD clients and prospects, contributing to the UiPath product development strategy

What you'll bring to the team
  • 5+ years of experience building and managing successful Enterprise sales teams in the software industry

  • Proven track record of developing go-to-market strategies for DoD agencies including knowledge of DoD procurement processes and regulations (including contracting vehicles)

  • Outstanding leadership capabilities, with a focus on hiring, developing, and motivating talented individuals

  • Deep understanding of SaaS/Cloud Go-To-Market strategies and effective customer engagement for delivering value at enterprise scale

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Experience with AI and automation technologies (preferred)
