For our group company, NKG Commercial Services Company Limited, we are looking for a Regional Support Services - Trade Assistant (f/m/d).
The position will be based in An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City and/or An Phuoc Industrial Park, Dong Nai City.
Your responsibilities
- Perform trade data entry in the system accurately and timely.
- Preparation and provide support for the trade documents, reports.
- Perform traffic data entry, check and archive documents.
- Support on any paperwork required in order to formalize the commercial contracts with suppliers and clients.
- Support any other Trade/ Finance/ Traffic tasks when requested.
Your profile
- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, International Trade, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in trade operations, data entry, or administrative support.
- Familiarity with trade documentation and commercial contract processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional or multicultural environment.
