Regional Sales Manager

General Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our strategic partners, driving sales growth, managing revenue & sales activities, and collaborating with internal teams to align on successful strategies. The most successful RSM is meeting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, providing excellent client service, and representing ConnectWise with the highest integrity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • May influence others within the Sales team through the explanation of facts, policies, and practices
  • Supports contractual re-writes, Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) swaps/reductions, and credits
  • Investigates billing Issues, escalations, and downgrades
  • Serves as subject matter expert
  • Provides timely reporting of KPI’s, escalations, and other key metrics
  • Successfully implements key sales strategies and initiatives
  • Resolves cases in a timely and complete manner
  • Discovers root cause of an issue and implements solutions
  • Acts as the liaison between the Account Management team and Support business units
  • Works cross-functionally to drive outcomes and align with business owners/stakeholders

  • Must have an Entrepreneurial Spirit
  • Thorough knowledge of the MSP/MSSP industry and IT Space
  • Strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of business management and remote monitoring technologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
  • Qualified references in our industry

Working Conditions:

  • Remote or Hybrid depending on location
  • 0-10% travel may be required
