Are you passionate about developing and fostering a positive business experience for customers? We are searching for a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Imperial Supplies.
Position Overview:
Under limited guidance, is responsible for new business development activities within the Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, WA territories. Responsible for collaborating with internal business partners to execute a strategic sales process including prospecting, presentation, analysis, implementation, and tracking of new accounts.
Salary: $80,000 and a $25,000 first year bonus guarantee.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Meets or exceeds annual revenue budgets and operates within annual expense budgets.
  • Identifies economic buyers within account prospects to engage, identify needs, and present Imperial's program differentiation.
  • Develops and implements a sales plan for each account prospect to maximize our opportunity of closing, which is consistent with company objectives.
  • Communicates sales plans and progress to Inside Sales and Sales Support personnel in writing in a timely manner to ensure proper support of account activity.
  • Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction with developed customers and test shops.
  • Communicates with the Marketing department regarding new products, sales promotions, pricing, new and existing market leads, as well as our competitors' sales strategies and offerings.
  • Develops and maintains and account record for each customer and major prospect.
  • Escalates major issues to upper management within Imperial.
  • Participates in the development of an annual sales and expense budget responsible for monitoring variances and reporting trends.
  • Completes proper paperwork and reporting documents in a timely fashion as requested.

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Three to five years' experience in system selling.
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree; Advanced sales education in Miller Heiman, SPIN selling or another strategic sales process training
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Five years systems selling experience in a similar industry at a regional or national level
