SuperCom, a provider of choice for Governments around the globe, is seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager (RSM). The RSM will be responsible for adding new revenue through the development and pursuit of Government contracts for Offender Electronic Monitoring opportunities throughout the United States.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements business plans.
- Develops and maintains a pipeline of new opportunities while closing existing opportunities.
- Examines marketing and sales statistics to identify opportunities and devise strategies for maximum growth and increased market share.
- Attends Tradeshows and other sales/marketing events as required.
- Travel up to 50%, as needed.
- Performs other duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years’ experience in sales.
- Experience selling technology into the State and Local Government Sector.
- Experience in using CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, etc).
- Experience in responding to RFPs.
- Knowledge of criminal justice/public safety industry a plus.
- Proven success as a leading individual contributor and as a team player.
- Experience building lasting sales relationships.
- Experience negotiating multi-year services contracts.
- Proven sales track record. Able to demonstrate $2 Million in new sales revenue year after year.
- Skilled problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong and effective communication skills to include written, verbal, and interpersonal.
