Turing AI is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with managing and growing sales in their assigned region. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting sales presentations, and achieving sales targets. If you have exceptional problem-solving skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to lead a team in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in sales, preferably in the safety and security industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to identify, build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using sales CRM software
- Willingness to 65% travel within the assigned territory

- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Knowledge of AI and surveillane technology solutions
- Understanding of the safety and security industry
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
