We're looking for a sharp, driven, relationship-focused Regional Sales Executive to help us grow our Mid-Market and broker/consultant channel. This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying role - but it's not just about closing deals. It's about building real relationships, creating value, and shaping the future of our broker/consultant partnerships.
You'll report to the AVP, Broker Partnerships - and work closely to drive strategy, deepen broker relationships, and scale Healthee's presence in your region. Salary:
For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $110 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes the opportunity to receive commissions and equity based on the Company's plans and in accordance with the Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.

What You'll Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle for your region, from outreach to negotiation to signed contracts.
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities via the broker channel and direct outreach.
- Properly identify and target ideal customers and broker partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with benefit brokers and consultants - ideally folks you already know.
- Collaborate closely with the AVP, Broker Partnerships to develop creative broker engagement strategies and regional sales plans.
- Attend industry events and conferences, speaking and presenting as frequently as possible.
- Work with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Sales Ops to ensure your region and partners have what they need to succeed.
- Be a vocal advocate for your territory - sharing market feedback, trends, and ideas that move the business forward.
- Lead with value: Understand our product deeply and connect it to real ROI for clients and their teams.
- 3-4 years of experience in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role, ideally in healthcare, employee benefits, or HR tech.
- A strong track record of working through the broker/consultant channel - and ideally, an existing network of broker relationships that can be validated.
- Consistent overachievement and a consultative approach to sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
- An entrepreneurial spirit - self-starter energy and the ability to own your territory with minimal oversight.
- Collaborative mindset - you know how to work across teams and love to share insights.
- Familiarity with MEDDICC or MEDDPICC is a plus.
