  • Identify and prioritize target accounts using market data, industry insights, and a hunter’s mindset.
  • Lead the complete sales process: prospecting, discovery, solution scoping, pricing, and contract negotiation.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and activity tracking in Salesforce and related platforms.
  • Partner with Marketing on targeted campaigns and with Solution Engineering on technical proposals.
  • Build and manage detailed account plans for key opportunities to ensure long-term success.
  • Represent Envelio at industry events, conferences, and client meetings (travel up to 50%).

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)

  • 5–7+ years of sales experience, preferably in the utility or energy technology sector; SaaS experience highly desirable.
  • Located in Mountain Time (MT) or Central Time (CT).
  • Proven success selling to large U.S. electric utilities (IOUs, Co-ops, and Munis).
  • Strong sales discipline: pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and structured account planning.
  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to design and execute an effective territory sales strategy.
  • Success working in a start-up or small company environment, with a high degree of self-direction.

If you don’t meet every requirement but believe you're a great fit for this role, we encourage you to apply. At envelio, we're looking for passionate, driven individuals who bring fresh perspectives and can contribute to our mission.
