The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales efforts in the Northeast by promoting Zeeco products, generating inquiries, closing orders, and providing customer support.
Job Description: Zeeco is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated sales professional to help lead our Northeast U.S. Equipment Sales Effort. In the role, the Regional Sales Manager will be calling on upstream, midstream and downstream operators, with a focus on refining, and petrochemical, Corporate Offices and Engineering Contractors that support these same customers to generate inquiries and close orders. Focus will be primarily on capital equipment sales for flare systems, incineration systems and low NOx burners in the downstream corporate sector.
Job Duties:
- Contact new and existing customers to promote Zeeco products and services
- Understand customer needs and identify profitable sales opportunities
- Generate inquires, provide meaningful timely quote feedback and close orders
- Identify potential and unknown customers
- Obtain market intelligence regarding current and upcoming projects
- Work with key decision makers at EPC and End User customers
- Provide technical PowerPoint presentations reviewing and detailing Zeeco products
- Ability to coordinate and grow local aftermarket business
Qualified Candidates:
- Candidates must work well with others at various levels within both Engineering Contractor and Corporate End User Offices, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, work efficiently in our fast-paced environment, and be able to identify/influence decision makers through effective and persuasive negotiation.
- Preference will be given to candidates who possess:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering- Technical sales experience in hydrocarbon processing and / or chemical processing industry
- Ability to travel domestically- Knowledge of combustion / heat transfer equipment- Capital Equipment Sales experience of minimum 3 years
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
