What You will Do

As a Sales Regional Director at BlinkOps, you’ll lead and grow a high-performing team of 3-5 Account Executives across the Mid-West. You’ll be responsible for mentoring your team through complex enterprise sales cycles, driving strong pipeline generation and quota attainment, and helping the team scale with discipline and efficiency. Your leadership will directly impact BlinkOps’s go-to-market strategy and growth in Mid-West US.

  • 2+ years of experience managing Account Executives or a high-performing SAAS B2B sales team.
  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota, in a relevant space, such as cloud security, DevOps, SecOps, or IAM.
  • In-depth knowledge of the challenges and technologies associated with cloud operations, DevOps, SecOps, and IAM.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a passion for developing sales talent.
  • Experience managing full sales cycles, from pipeline generation to closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Comfortable leading both strategic and tactical conversations with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence across functions.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Based in Mid-West US with the ability to travel within the region as needed.

Additional Information:

The annual base salary range for this position is $180,000 — $200,000 USD + Variable Compensation (where applicable)

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level.
