Regional Sales Director, Central Region

Reunion Marketing · Remote · Full time · Travel up to 50%

Territory: Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, and Missouri

Ten states. One owner. That could be you.

From the Rockies through the Plains to the Upper Midwest, there are car dealers spending real money on digital advertising that isn't earning its keep. We want someone who will get in front of them, challenge how they think about it, and show them a smarter, more profitable path.

As Regional Sales Director, the Central Region is yours. You set the strategy, you pick the targets, you close the business, and you grow the relationships. If you like owning a number and a map, read on.

About Reunion Marketing

Reunion Marketing helps automotive dealers win online. Our SEO and Paid Media platforms (KeyLift, LocalEyes, and Adapt) turn search and advertising into measurable results for dealerships and dealer groups. We're built on four values, and we hire for them: Grit, Continuous Improvement, Elevating Others, and Embracing Discomfort.

What you'll do
  • Build the territory. Create and run the market strategy for the Central Region, deciding which dealers and dealer groups to pursue in each state.
  • Sell face to face. Meet dealer owners, general managers, and digital teams in their stores and at industry events. This is an in-market role, not a desk job.
  • Lead with insight. Use a consultative approach that pushes dealers to rethink their digital advertising, and turn SEO and paid media data into clear business outcomes.
  • Demo and close. Deliver product demos that show the ROI and simplicity of our platforms, and carry each deal from first conversation through proposal, negotiation, and signature.
  • Run a clean pipeline. Use HubSpot, Gong, and Seamless.ai to plan visits, keep opportunities current, and give leadership forecasts they can trust.
  • Travel smart. With ten states to cover, you'll plan your time in market around the highest-value dealers and meetings.
  • Set clients up to stay. Partner with Client Success on a smooth handoff, and keep supporting retention and growth after the sale.
  • Be our ears in the market. Bring back what you hear from dealers and what competitors are doing, so product, marketing, and leadership stay ahead.
What success looks like
  • New dealer accounts and new revenue against the territory plan
  • A healthy, accurate pipeline and reliable forecasts
  • Consistent in-market meetings and demos
  • Clients who stay and grow after they sign
What you bring
  • 5+ years of high-performance, in-market sales in automotive or digital advertising
  • A track record of closing new business and growing long-term client relationships
  • Experience selling to owners, executives, and other senior decision-makers
  • An understanding of how dealerships buy digital advertising, and comfort talking SEO and paid media metrics
  • The discipline to work self-directed, keep a CRM honest, and plan a big territory well
  • The ability to challenge a client's thinking while keeping their trust
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across the region
Nice to have
  • An existing network of dealer contacts in the Central Region
  • Experience with HubSpot, Gong, and Seamless.ai
  • Experience selling to multi-rooftop dealer groups
You'll thrive here if
  • You'd rather be in a dealership than on a video call
  • A big, open territory looks like opportunity, not a problem
  • You're motivated by a challenge and take ownership of results
  • You get better every quarter and make the people around you better too
The details
  • Reports to: VP of Sales
  • Location: Remote, ideally based within the territory
  • Status: Full time, exempt

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)

  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
