About the Role:
This role reports to Global Partner Services Manager (Lead) in our Alliances organization.The Regional Service Partner Manager is responsible for developing, enabling, and managing delivery partners within their region to ensure successful, high-quality partner-led services aligned with CrowdStrike’s delivery standards.
This role bridges CrowdStrike’s global delivery strategy and regional partner execution — ensuring that partners are trained, certified, and delivering measurable customer outcomes. Success in this role is defined by partner enablement progress, delivery quality, and partner-led service attach growth across CrowdStrike’s Horizon Solution portfolio.
What You’ll Do:
Monitor and report on partner-led delivery quality, engagement milestones, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) compliance across the region.
Execute the regional partner enablement strategy to ensure partners are certified, delivery-ready, and aligned with CrowdStrike methodologies.
Support partners in developing delivery practices, attaining certifications, and improving delivery performance.
Collaborate with internal teams — including Sales, Alliances, and Customer Success — to align partner delivery outcomes with customer success.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional delivery partners to drive attach-rate growth and delivery excellence.
Provide regional feedback and insights to the Global Partner Services team to improve enablement programs, frameworks, and tools.
Act as a regional ambassador for CrowdStrike’s delivery excellence standards and partner ecosystem success.
What You’ll Need:
5+ years of experience in partner management, professional services, or delivery enablement within enterprise software or cybersecurity.
Hands-on experience managing partner-led or co-delivery engagements with regional or global partners.
Strong understanding of enablement programs, delivery governance, and partner lifecycle management.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Alliances, and Customer Success.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with partners and internal teams.
Familiar with Salesforce (SFDC), Tableau, or BI tools for performance tracking and reporting.
Regional language proficiency and knowledge of local partner markets preferred.
Bonus Points:
Experience working with global systems integrators (GSIs) or regional delivery partners in a co-delivery or managed services capacity.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, or BI tools to track partner performance, delivery quality, and certification metrics.
Proven success implementing or supporting partner enablement and training programs that drive measurable customer outcomes.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
