We’re looking for a Regional Partner Enablement Manager (North America) to drive the success of our partner ecosystem through world-class enablement. In this role, you will design and deliver impactful training programs, lead partner onboarding, coordinate regional enablement initiatives, and ensure partners are fully equipped to sell, implement, and expand Pigment successfully. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Presales, Delivery, and Global Partner Enablement to bring regionally relevant programs to life. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role requiring strong program management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
Partner Enablement Strategy & Delivery
- Develop and deliver enablement programs for partner sales, presales, and delivery teams across North America.
- Develop and deliver enablement programs for GTM such as AEs, BDRs, and CSMs.
- Create and execute trainings, certifications, and materials including: Field guides , Workshops (virtual and in-person), Sales collateral, Webinars, LMS-based courses.
- Ensure all content and programming is regionally relevant and aligned with North American market needs.
- Partner with internal SMEs to translate product and solution expertise into scalable enablement assets.
Partner Onboarding:
- Lead onboarding programs for new North American partners to accelerate product and process ramp-up.
- Create structured onboarding journeys with clear milestones and success metrics.
- Ensure partners quickly reach productivity and certification benchmarks.
Product & Release Enablement:
- Support communication and enablement of product updates, new releases, and GTM changes to regional partners.
- Partner with Product and Global Enablement to localize and reinforce key updates.
- Ensure partners understand positioning, value, and implementation implications of new capabilities.
Regional Coordination & Communication:
- Coordinate enablement logistics across North America (scheduling, delivery cadence, tracking participation, follow-ups).
- Act as the primary regional liaison for enablement between:Partners ,Regional Partner Account Managers (PAMs), & Global Partner Enablement
- Identify enablement gaps and proactively recommend improvements.
Content & Special Projects:
- Support creation of partner-facing webinar and newsletter content.
- Maintain and continuously improve enablement content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Contribute to global enablement initiatives and special projects in coordination with the Global Partner Enablement Lead.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4-7 years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, channel management, or a related role.
- Experience working in a high-growth SaaS environment (Enterprise B2B preferred).Strong program management skills with the ability to execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience designing, delivering (virtual and in-person), and measuring training.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Product, Delivery, and Professional Services.
- Experience with LMS (Letter.AI,Skilljar ) and CMS platforms, Notion, Consensus, Articulate, certification programs, and structured onboarding frameworks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Knowledge of FP&A, technical knowledge of EPM, and planning software are a plus.
