We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Regional Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team! The Regional Marketing Specialist will support the execution and adaptation of the marketing strategies for the Americas region by assisting in campaign planning, execution, performance tracking, and event coordination, thereby driving brand engagement and lead generation. This role reports to the Director, Integrated Demand, and will work closely with sales, operations, and the international marketing team.

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Regional Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team! Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and Execute Regional Campaigns: Support the planning and execution of multi-channel regional marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, content, and events), ensuring alignment with local market needs and campaign objectives.
- Event and Administrative Support: Assist in the planning and execution of localised events and activations, manage logistics, and provide general administrative support to ensure that all marketing projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Support Execution of Regional Marketing Strategy: Assist the Regional Marketing Manager in implementing tailored demand generation and field marketing initiatives that align with overall company and regional objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product marketing, and customer success teams to support marketing activities, contribute to campaign development, and ensure consistent messaging and lead generation efforts.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics for regional marketing initiatives, compiling insights and data to support optimization of future campaigns and effective resource allocation.
What we look for
- You have +1 year of experience in demand generation, marketing, or a similar role.
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- You have strong communication and organizational skills.
- You are assiduous and results-oriented.
- You have experience and a desire to work in a collaborative environment.
- You're able to adapt to change, take on new projects, and work independently.
- Having previous experience with design software, marketing automation tools, CMS, or CRM systems is a plus.
