Your Opportunity as the Regional Field Manager (E&S)
As a Regional Service Manager, you will lead field operations across the Region for our Away from Home Beverage Equipment & Services division. You will be responsible for ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with internal standards and regulations within your regional area. This role plays a critical part in managing team performance, supporting customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement in equipment and service delivery. You will also serve as a key liaison between the service and sales teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration to meet customer expectations and business goals.
Location: Remote
Work Arrangements: Remote; Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
In this Role You Will:
Operational Leadership & Compliance
Oversee regional service operations, ensuring adherence to KPIs and SOPs.
Manage regional PNL, including expense oversight and cost discipline.
Conduct internal and Partner business reviews to assess operational effectiveness.
Support all Equipment & Service (E&S) projects and initiatives within the region.
Partner with the Sales Team on Retention and account management.
Manage third-party field operations for all non-contractual work, including workload, processes, and procedures, as well as asset management
Performs additional duties and cross-functional tasks as necessary, including process improvement initiatives, data analysis, training support, vendor coordination, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to enhance field service operations.
Team Leadership & Development
Provide coaching and leadership development for Team Leads.
Conduct performance reviews and support new hire onboarding and training.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Ensure training compliance for all internal
Field Operations & Customer Engagement
Perform customer visits within your region to ensure top customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Away from Home Sales Team to support customer needs and service alignment.
Support Team Leads with reconciliations of fixed asset inventory and monthly reporting.
Manage fleet operations.
Inventory & Asset Management
Oversee field storage inventory.
Assure BOM process and inventory accuracy, Field Service Responsibility within Field Storage and vans, is followed.

What We are Looking For:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or 5–7 years of relevant experience in field service, equipment management, or a similar technical role.
Strong verbal, written, and computer skills with keen attention to detail.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and customer service orientation.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and assess training needs.
Ability to analyze service data and implement process improvements.
Familiarity with UL standards and equipment compliance is a plus.
Must reside within the Region
Ability to manage multiple teams and collaborate with various supervisory levels to drive alignment, performance, strategic goal setting, and consistent achievement of operational success.
Travel Requirements: Approximately 30% travel within the assigned region.
