The Boeing Company is looking for a Regional Manager of BDS Business Development International, for SE Asia (Level M) based in Singapore. This region includes the countries of Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Brunei. This is a Long-Term Assignment to Singapore for up to 3 years. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Effectively lead one person and informally lead a broader team to shape the market and close key orders in SE Asia for 2026-2029 totaling roughly $10B (e.g., F-15SG Upgrades, F-15 NBs, CH-47 New Builds, Unmanned platforms, Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contracts, etc).
  • Lead and represent Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) on ancillary efforts in the areas of Co-Development/Co-Production Initiatives
  • Represent BDS with key stakeholders in customer community, government, industry, and media.
  • Liaise with US Embassies throughout the region in support of BDS sales.
  • Collaborate closely with Boeing colleagues in SE Asia, including the Boeing SE Asia Regional Vice-President President, the Boeing Global Team, and our SE Asia Industry Partners.
  • Responsible for shaping processes within business units as they pertain to dealings with the governments in Southeast (SE) Asia.

This is a Long-Term Assignment to Singapore for up to 3+ years. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior management role
  • Minimum 3 years of experience developing and deploying organizational strategies and leading long-range business plan processes
  • Minimum 3 years of experience facilitating internal and external customer interfaces and requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working on either international projects or an international statement of work
  • Extensive demonstrable critical business and financial acumen in order to influence and shape domestic/international customer requirements, budgets and capture strategy
  • Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
  • Experience with critical business and financial acumen including risk, issue and opportunity management to drive performance

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Experience building positive relationships
  • Proven ability to build customer and partner relationships, translate insight to economic opportunity
  • Knowledge of the government acquisition process
  • Experience coordinating across multiple functions, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive win strategies and innovative campaign approaches
  • Experience strategizing, partnering and engaging with customers
  • Experience with customer, business development and technological acumen and strong leadership reach
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance

Long-Term Assignment Details:
  • Candidate must be able to obtain a work visa, depending on requirements of the country.
  • Candidate must be able to meet the cultural requirements of the country, as applicable.
  • Employment is contingent on the candidate's ability to satisfy all labor and immigration formalities of the country.

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range:
Tier 3: $177,650 - $240,350
Tier 2: $191,250 - $258,750
Tier 1: $204,850 - $277,150
