This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, SDRs, Product Marketing, and Global Marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns, field marketing initiatives, account-based marketing programs, and regional growth activities aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute regional marketing programs designed to generate pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and support strategic revenue growth.
  • Plan and manage regional events, conferences, executive roundtables, webinars, and field marketing initiatives, with clear ROI and pipeline contribution objectives.
  • Execute localized marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and industry channels.
  • Build and strengthen Novidea’s market presence and profile across regional insurance and Insurtech communities.
  • Own regional marketing contribution targets through focused demand generation and account engagement initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership and SDR teams to align marketing activity with strategic target accounts, pipeline priorities, and regional growth plans.
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing and Product Marketing teams to localize messaging, campaigns, product positioning, and content for regional markets.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, conversion metrics, and event ROI, providing recommendations for continuous optimization.
  • Support customer advocacy, reference programs, and strategic customer engagement initiatives within the region.
  • Execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs aligned to enterprise sales motions.
  • Build relationships with key industry associations, partners, media contacts, and event organizations across the insurance market.
  • Maintain strong alignment with global brand standards and go-to-market priorities.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, growth marketing, or regional marketing roles within SaaS, technology, or Insurtech environments.
  • Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, field, and account-based marketing channels.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or complex B2B sales environments.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline generation, marketing attribution, and campaign ROI measurement.
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior commercial stakeholders and external industry audiences.
  • Experience working within fast-growth or scale-up organizations is highly advantageous.
  • Experience within SaaS, technology, and/or Insurtech organizations is strongly preferred.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
