About Tetra

Tetra is leading the clean energy transformation, simplifying the adoption of high-efficiency heating and cooling systems that reduce carbon emissions and drive down utility costs. Our platform bridges the gap between homeowners and contractors by automating processes and demystifying incentives — accelerating the shift to sustainable home energy across the U.S.

We operate at the intersection of a $120 billion HVAC replacement market and the powerful momentum of the Inflation Reduction Act, which offers unprecedented incentives for energy-efficient home upgrades. Tetra is unlocking this opportunity, beginning in Massachusetts and scaling nationwide.

  • Territory Strategy: Oversee territory assignments and develop data-informed strategies to maximize lead generation in high-conversion areas
  • Field Presence: Support reps with in-field shadowing, live coaching, and ongoing skill development to elevate performance and consistency
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with operations and energy consultant teams to ensure seamless handoff and follow-through on qualified leads
  • Event Leadership: Represent Tetra at community events and guide your team in executing brand-forward outreach initiatives
  • Reporting: Maintain transparent documentation of team performance and provide weekly updates to leadership on KPIs and growth opportunities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading sales or outreach teams (ideally in door-to-door, solar, home services, or related industries)
  • Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and hold team members accountable
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and performance tracking tools
  • Physical capability to support an active field-based role
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Deep interest in clean energy, sustainability, or residential efficiency solutions

Professional Development & Benefits

  • Lead the frontline in a mission-driven company transforming residential energy
  • Uncapped earning potential tied to individual and team performance
  • Mileage and travel expense reimbursement
  • Flexible scheduling and autonomy in managing your region
  • Comprehensive training in HVAC systems, incentive structures, and leadership best practices
  • Clear pathway to senior leadership roles as we expand nationally
  • Collaborate with a purpose-driven team making measurable climate impact
