Core Responsibilities
This position involves providing support and coordinating activities within the team responsible for Regional Business Growth. Responsibilities include supporting four commercial pillars: Selling-In, Portfolio Management, Revenue Optimization, and Commercial Planning/Business Unit Leadership.
Selling-In Support (35%):
Collaborate on the creation of Selling-in materials and Market Group communications.
Aid in data pulls for localization of Global materials.
Customer Team Liaison/Logistical Support for key selling-in windows: Customer Input Meetings, Portfolio Reveals, Line Reviews/Showroom Visits.
Portfolio Management (30%):
Track SKU listings support at our top customers to serve as a key input into proactive Bi-Annual Market Group theme reviews and portfolio development decisions
Revenue Optimization (15%):
Lead competitive pricing tracker in the Market Group as a key input into Pricing Process and conduct Pricing policy reviews
Ensure Data Quality/Accuracy in trade tools and collaborate with sales on key outages
Lead Authorized Seller Audit/Enforcement Support
Commercial Planning/Business Unit Leadership (20%):
Data/Analytics support within the Business Unit Commercial Planning process
Project Management support in the execution of the annual Americas Sales & Marketing Conference

Regional Commercial Development sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. The team is a key enabler to unlocking pathways towards our organizational goals and ambitions. This role will be pivotal to the underpinning of every facet of Commercial Development – giving the individual in the role the opportunity to understand how the LEGO Group goes to market from the vantage point of Retail Excellence, Net Revenue Management, Portfolio Management, Commercial Planning and so much more!
Do you have what it takes?
BA/BBA/MBA preferred with strong general business discernment or equivalent experience.
Overall Business Acumen/ Critical Thinking: Recognizing how potential outcomes impact broader business strategy.
Financial Literacy: Basic understanding of budgeting, financial reports, and cost management.
Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and generate reports using Excel or other data analysis tools.
Communication: Outstanding ability to communicate effectively through both speaking and writing to engage with team members and collaborators.
Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others and build strong working relationships.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
Hybrid working model
This position will be based at 1001 Boylston St. in Boston, MA. Our workplace enables our LEGO® colleagues to be and do their best at work. Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $58,946.00 - $88,418.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
