GEA Tuchenhagen GmbH is a global leader in process valve technology, hygienic components, and process solutions for the food & beverage, pharma, and chemical industries. To accelerate our international expansion, we are seeking a high-energy Business Development Manager to unlock new market potential and strengthen our European sales footprint.

Flexible location within Europe.

Responsibilities / Tasks

Your Mission

• Lead business development, market growth, and sales performance across assigned European regions
• Drive sales strategy, forecasting, KPIs, and commercial actions to achieve OI and revenue goals
• Take ownership of pricing, negotiation, and profitability, supporting key project deals
• Identify new market opportunities, white spots, customer segments, and competitive advantages
• Lead implementation of sales initiatives, channel optimization, and go-to-market activities
• Strengthen customer relationships, networks, and market presence at industry events
• Provide valuable market insights to Product Management to support long-term innovation

Your Profile / Qualifications

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or similar
• 5+ years of experience in sales management, B2B industrial sales, or process technology
• Strong background in sales channel management and cross-functional collaboration
• Proven leadership of international or matrix project teams
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and the ability to simplify complexity
