Job Duties and Responsibilities
Are you an inspirational leader ready to make a real impact? As a Region Manager, you will spearhead all administrative, warehouse, and installation operations within your assigned territory. You'll lead a diverse team, including Operations Managers, Field Operations Supervisors, warehouse staff, and Installation Technicians. Your role is pivotal in reducing costs by ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, maintaining optimal staffing levels, fostering training and development, and maximizing asset utilization to achieve and surpass company goals. You will play a critical role in the company's growth and success every single day.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Profitability: Direct P&L responsibilities and manage spending and inventory control within your territory
  • Achieve Excellence: Meet and exceed installation, customer service, and performance metric goals
  • Take Initiative: Operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and find innovative solutions within tight deadlines
  • Lead and Develop: Oversee hiring, training, supervision, and performance management of employees through performance metrics, customer feedback, site visits, and ongoing coaching
  • Collaborate and Connect: Travel to engage with team members, participate in company meetings, functions, and training sessions
  • Mentor and Guide: Provide continuous coaching, leadership, and mentorship to various organizational levels

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree with five+ years of related District/Regional Operations experience (equivalent experience considered)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Successful completion of background check and drug test
  • Passionate about customer service and team leadership
  • Results-driven and committed to exceeding goals
  • Adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage responsibilities and priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and time-critical environment across a large market
  • Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time
  • Ability to effectively interact and collaborate with all organizational levels

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $110,000.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
