We’re looking for a proactive, resourceful Matchmaking Recruiter to help identify, engage, and vet potential matches for our clients. This role sits at the center of our matchmaking process—partnering closely with matchmakers to understand client needs and translating that into thoughtful, creative sourcing strategies.

This is a hands-on, fast-moving role, ideal for someone who is comfortable taking initiative, thinking creatively, and communicating with a wide range of people. It’s also an excellent entry point into the matchmaking and dating industry, with clear potential to grow into a Matchmaker or Sales role over time.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with matchmakers to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify potential matches across multiple channels
  • Conduct outreach to potential matches via messaging, calls (including video calls), and in-person interactions when applicable
  • Clearly and compellingly communicate our service and opportunities
  • Build rapport quickly and represent the brand in a thoughtful, engaging way
  • Screen candidates to assess fit based on client preferences, lifestyle, values, and relationship goals
  • Track outreach, conversations, and candidate status in internal systems
  • Manage multiple priorities and timelines across clients
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness and follow-through

 QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Strong interpersonal instincts and emotional intelligence
  • Highly proactive (don't wait to told what to do)
  • Creative problem-solver
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable reaching out to new people and starting conversations
  • Proficiency with technology (or ability to learn quickly), including CRM systems (Salesforce), Outlook, and softphone technology
  • Demonstrated leadership competency and the ability to continuously improve professional skills through self-education, training, and webinars. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated interest in relationship dynamics, psychology, or coaching
  • Sales or recruitment experience


COMPENSATION

Base salary is commensurate with experience. Total compensation includes base plus incentives/commissions.  
Total comp range: $30-$40K
