We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter to help us find top talent to join our dynamic team! This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in talent acquisition, while working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. As a Recruiter at FieldPulse, you’ll play a key role in sourcing, screening, and connecting exceptional candidates with our growing company.


Where You'll Work: 

  • Full-time, in-office at our headquarters in Dallas, TX.
  • You’ll be right in the heart of the action, surrounded by a team of passionate, high-energy individuals who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do: 

  • Source, screen, and identify potential candidates for various roles across FieldPulse, focusing on entry-level to mid-level positions.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assist hiring managers with candidate evaluations.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Maintain and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and other creative sourcing methods to find diverse talent.
  • Assist with the coordination of interviews, feedback sessions, and offers.
  • Support the team in organizing and conducting recruitment events, such as job fairs and career meetups.
  • Help with administrative tasks related to recruitment, including job postings, applicant tracking, and interview scheduling

What We're Looking For:

  • A recent graduate or someone with a year of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques, including job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Passion for contributing to an inclusive, diverse, and supportive workplace.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, eager to learn and grow within the recruitment space.
