Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator 

Location: Boston, MA (2-3 days/week)

This is a high-impact role where you'll have the unique opportunity to engage with diverse teams and leaders, making a tangible difference in our recruitment process. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates, both externally and internally. 

  • Schedule interviews across the organization. 

  • Coordinate onsite meetings and interviews. 

  • Book travel arrangements with travel partners. 

  • Report on metrics, data, and ad hoc requests for Talent Acquisition leadership. 

  • Provide support for events and activities planning. 

Qualifications: 

  • Accuracy and attention to detail 

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment 

  • Exceptional data entry, organizational skills, and time management skills 

  • Ability to research, collect, and manipulate data 

  • Proficient with MS Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook, and web-based computer technologies 

  • Strong written and oral communication capabilities 

  • Willingness to learn and adopt best practices necessary to create ongoing and sustainable success 

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role with strong consideration given to a candidate with a background in the staffing and recruiting industry 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in interview scheduling. 

  • Familiarity with ATS and/or CRM systems (specifically Workday and Eightfold). 

PTC carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, which include a candidate’s background and experience, in determining salary for a position. Compensation will vary based on these factors, but PTC anticipates the salary range for this position to be between $65,000-$70,000. The actual pay may be lower or higher depending on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and location and may also include the opportunity to earn a discretionary bonus.
