Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Boston, MA (2-3 days/week)

Responsibilities:

Ensure a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates, both externally and internally.

Schedule interviews across the organization.

Coordinate onsite meetings and interviews.

Book travel arrangements with travel partners.

Report on metrics, data, and ad hoc requests for Talent Acquisition leadership.

Provide support for events and activities planning.
Qualifications:
-
Accuracy and attention to detail
-
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Exceptional data entry, organizational skills, and time management skills

Ability to research, collect, and manipulate data
-
Proficient with MS Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook, and web-based computer technologies

Strong written and oral communication capabilities

Willingness to learn and adopt best practices necessary to create ongoing and sustainable success

Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role with strong consideration given to a candidate with a background in the staffing and recruiting industry
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in interview scheduling.

Familiarity with ATS and/or CRM systems (specifically Workday and Eightfold).
PTC carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, which include a candidate’s background and experience, in determining salary for a position. Compensation will vary based on these factors, but PTC anticipates the salary range for this position to be between $65,000-$70,000. The actual pay may be lower or higher depending on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and location and may also include the opportunity to earn a discretionary bonus.
