Are you passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences and helping students and early career professionals start their careers successfully? Join our team and play a key role in delivering impactful internship programs, recruiting events, and talent acquisition initiatives.
As a Recruiting Programs & Operations Coordinator, you'll support the end-to-end execution of our Early Career Recruiting and Summer Internship Programs, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, interns, and students to create a seamless and engaging experience.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate internship program events, communications, and participant engagement activities.
  • Manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruiting operations.
  • Support offer generation, onboarding activities, and hiring administration.
  • Assist with campus recruiting events, career fairs, networking sessions, and student engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain recruiting and program data, trackers, and reporting to ensure operational excellence.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver a positive and memorable candidate and intern experience.
  • Contribute ideas and process improvements that enhance recruiting effectiveness and program outcomes.

What We're Looking For
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, program management, event planning, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset and passion for creating great experiences.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies preferred.

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $41,000-$52,000
Overtime eligible: Nonexempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
