Recruiting Manager – U.S. Talent Acquisition

InterSystems is seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead our U.S. talent acquisition efforts from our global headquarters in Boston. In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee a team of recruiters and coordinators driving both experienced and campus hiring across 100+ open roles—ensuring our talent strategy keeps pace with our business growth. This is a hands-on, on-site management opportunity for someone passionate about coaching teams, optimizing recruiting strategies and leading a first-class hiring culture.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators focused on full-cycle hiring
- Align recruiting strategies with business priorities and workforce plans
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners to ensure hiring success
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and time-to-fill
- Analyze and present key recruiting metrics to drive accountability and performance
- Serve as a subject matter expert on recruiting best practices—including behavioral interviewing and equitable evaluation frameworks
- Uphold and evolve our inclusive hiring practices with a focus on consistency, fairness, and accessibility
What You Bring
- 8+ years in corporate talent acquisition, including 2+ years in leadership or team management preferred
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, cross-functional requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency a plus with:
- Greenhouse (ATS)
- Workday (HCM)
- Handshake (campus recruiting)
- LinkedIn Recruiter (sourcing)
- BuiltIn (employer branding)
- Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques and data-driven recruitment strategies a strong plus
- A collaborative, proactive, and inclusive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
