You earn $5,000 for every successful placement with no cap. The more you connect, the more you close, the more you earn.
Requirements
- Highly motivated and willing to spend a large part of the day cold calling and contacting people
- Comfortable picking up the phone and hearing no until you hear yes
- Self-directed and able to manage your own time
- Strong communicator (no recruiting experience needed)
