SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in streamlining the hiring process, improving candidate experience and assisting the Talent Acquisition team in achieving its hiring objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Management of the administrative and logistical aspects of the hiring process
Schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting open roles on job boards and social media sites
Provide onboarding support to the HR Team by assisting with the preparation of offer letters and collection of new-hire paperwork
Update candidates on status of their application and provide interview feedback when necessary
Accurately maintain our ATS; track recruitment and hiring metrics
Conduct initial candidate screenings for open positions
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2+ years’ experience in Human Resources, administrative roles and/or recruiting coordination preferred but not required.
Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Well versed with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards is nice to have
Basic understanding of local employment laws
