About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing Talent Acquisition team in New York. This role is critical to delivering a seamless candidate experience and ensuring smooth execution of our hiring processes.

You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to coordinate interviews, manage scheduling logistics, and maintain process efficiency. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role requiring strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process

  • Manage candidate communications and deliver an exceptional candidate experience

  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure process compliance

  • Support offer process and onboarding logistics

  • Assist with reporting, recruiting operations, and process improvements

  • Help drive recruiting-related projects as the company scales

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support (tech/startup experience preferred)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable working with ATS systems and scheduling tools

  • Proactive, service-oriented mindset
