Job Description

As a Junior Recruiter/Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing/managing all aspects of the full cycle recruitment process for a key hiring initiative. The Recruiting Coordinator/Jr Recruiter will provide project support to the Senior Recruiter/Project Lead; collaborating on candidate reachout, scheduling, testing, conducting pre-employment background checking and track applicants through the standard recruitment process as well as supporting special recruitment events. 
The Junior Recruiter/Recruiting Coordinator must have proven organizational, detail orientation, communication, and interpersonal skills demonstrated by prior success in a Recruitment support function. Must have the demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects/priorities. Must also possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs with Proficiency in Excel. Applicant tracking system experience, specifically Taleo preferred. Prior experience recruiting with volume non-exempt hiring, specifically for represented employees a strong plus.
Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
