Position Overview

The Recruiting Coordinator (contract) at Blockdaemon will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role involves coordinating interviews across multiple time zones, managing candidate communications, and supporting various administrative functions within the recruitment team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting talented individuals with opportunities at Blockdaemon.

Your Impact 

  • Support Blockdaemon’s recruiting function with day-to-day scheduling of interviews and managing communications with candidates

  • Provide recruiting operations support through job creation, posting, and ensuring all recruitment activities are accurately tracked in the ATS

  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience to every candidate.

  • Job description creation / posting and closures within ATS 

  • Recruiting coordination / scheduling 

  • Documentation optimization

  • Recruiting audit (review website, documents, ATS) for consistencies / improvement opportunities

  • Creating Slack channels + sending updates to hiring teams

  • Available during working hours for general hiring manager / hiring team / candidate inquiries 

Role Requirements

  • 1+ year of professional experience in a recruiting-related or similar coordinator role

  • Experience with at least one applicant tracking system, ideally Greenhouse. 

  • Proficient with Google Applications (Gmail, Calendar, and Drive) and Slack

  • Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management, while prioritizing strong written and verbal communication

  • Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment

Pay Rate: $35 / hour (Contract)

Compensation for this contract role is a fixed amount. The amount listed reflects the set compensation for this role across all U.S. locations.
